We have been with the practice for over twenty years with various pets, so we have gone through quite a journey with them with our animals over the years, and they have always given us the best service. We have recently gone through the loss of a dog and whatever we needed during that time they were excellent with, and they were very compassionate and prepared to follow our needs without pushing us. They basically just followed our lead.
I am able to get an appointment there easily and they really care. They go the extra yard when they are checking my dog over and they are very good with the way they handle the animals. There was also one particularly helpful instance where I hadn’t claimed insurance for many years and they sorted all of that out for me very quickly and put it all in for me.
We have been with them for years and we have always had a wonderful time with Weston Creek Vet. They show a lot of compassion as well as the ability to provide pragmatic advice. We had a cat that was unwell and we don’t believe in extending treatment, and that was accepted and not criticised by them which we really appreciated.
For a start, I have been going to them for at least 20 years ever since I moved to Canberra. Right from the beginning and throughout, the staff have always been highly professional, from the nursing staff, through to the vets, through to the reception staff. They are all extremely helpful, friendly, very committed to what they do, and very compassionate as well.
They have always been really easy to speak to and able to fit me in when I want to go in rather than having to wait. All of the staff are really friendly and easy to speak to. They treat me as an individual rather than just another number going in through the door. The reception staff will pause what they are doing to acknowledge that we have arrived by greeting us. It’s really good customer service.
