Receptionist
Emma has been part of the WCVH team for 2 years and brings warmth, care, and a genuine love for the special bond between pets and their people. She especially loves hearing owners’ stories and has a soft spot for the golden oldies — there’s nothing better than seeing them get the care they need and heading home happy.
At home, Emma is kept on her toes by two Koolies: Dusty, the classic working dog always looking for a task, and Fuji, who’s mastered the art of zoomies and couch naps — a true believer in balance!
With a toddler in the mix too, spare time is rare but never dull. Emma and her family love park adventures, dog walks, and embracing the chaos with plenty of silliness.
