Yes, we understand that veterinary care can sometimes be unexpected, and we aim to make treatment as accessible as possible.
We offer flexible payment options including:
VetPay
ZipPay
Our team can help guide you through the application process if needed. We are also happy to provide treatment estimates in advance so you can make informed decisions about your pet’s care.
If you have pet insurance, we can assist you in two ways depending on your insurer:
Standard Claim Process
You pay for treatment on the day, and we provide the necessary documentation for you to submit your claim directly to your insurer.
Gap-Only (On-the-Spot) Claims
For selected insurers, we can lodge your claim directly at the time of payment. If approved, you will only need to pay the “gap” — the difference between the invoice total and the amount covered by your policy.
This means you won’t need to wait for reimbursement in eligible cases.
If you’re unsure whether your insurer supports gap claims, our team will gladly check for you.
Yes — we understand how important it is to stay connected to your pet.
Depending on your pet’s medical condition and treatment plan, we can arrange scheduled visits. In some cases, rest may be in your pet’s best interest, but we will always discuss this with you and provide regular updates.
Yes, we do accept injured wildlife where possible and will assess and stabilise them before coordinating with local wildlife rescue organisations for ongoing care and rehabilitation.
If you find injured wildlife, please call us before bringing the animal in so we can advise you on safe transport.
If you find a lost pet:
Ensure your own safety first.
Check for identification tags if safe to do so.
Bring the pet to us so we can scan for a microchip.
If the animal appears injured, please call ahead so we can prepare for their arrival.
If you suspect your pet has ingested something toxic:
Call us immediately.
Do not induce vomiting.
If possible, bring the packaging or details of the substance.
Prompt treatment is critical in toxin cases. Even if your pet seems normal, early intervention can significantly improve outcomes.
