Veterinary Nurse
With a passion for animals and a love of learning, Rosie has been working as a Veterinary Nurse since 2021 and brings plenty of enthusiasm, compassion and curiosity to the team.
Outside of work, Rosie has a wonderfully unique crew of her own — two beautiful pythons and a very large, very cuddly rabbit! Her two girls, a Murray-Darling Carpet Python and a Jungle Python, each have their own home in separate tanks, while Grover, her young Flemish Giant, spends his days exploring the garden and enjoying plenty of couch cuddles.
While she loves her unusual pets, Rosie admits she is definitely a large-dog person at heart! 🐶
What she loves most about vet nursing is that no two days are ever the same. From working alongside fellow animal lovers to constantly learning new skills as veterinary medicine evolves, there is always something new to discover.
For Rosie the most rewarding part of the job is the connection with both clients and their pets. Whether it’s celebrating a patient’s recovery, seeing a worried owner breathe a sigh of relief, or watching an animal finally head home after overcoming a serious illness or injury, those moments make it all worthwhile.
